Hi, I'm a Naturopath on the North side of Brisbane, with a passion to assist clients in becoming responsible for their own health. I encourage clients to make healthy changes, and get back to basics regarding diet and lifestyle.

Health is achievable when there is a balance between the physical, emotional, and chemical aspects of the body, and in treatment I address these and implement a personal plan to suit your symptoms.

Everyone is unique and has their own set of symptoms, being a reflection of how their body is functioning. There is no one quick fix to suit everyone, and in my practice I take the time to listen and understand your situation.

To determine your state of health I take a detailed history and health appraisal, mood and stress questionaires, urine and heavy metal analysis, blood typing, zinc tally, diet analysis, and Bioimpedance analysis which gives an overall insight into the function of your cells, including your metabolic age. (How well is your body aging?)

Hi Kate,

I presume you are aware of Moon Pads cloth menstrual pads and the Keeper menstural cup - alternatives your clients could use instead of the disposable menstrual products. So many of my customers comment that their periods are lighter and/or shorter after a few months with the reusable products - I can only think this is due to the chemicals in the disposable products...

Perhaps we should have a chat about how we can help each other serve our clients better?

Sincerely, Pip

Hi Kate,

Thanks for popping by the site :)

I had a look at your blog and like the way your write. Oh and I'd be happy to reciprocate with a link on my site.

If you are stuck for material ideas, I am about to start on a low Fructose/FODMAP diet and have found very little information about it on the net....might be an idea for your blog.

Hello Kate,

wonderful to see what you're doing. We (All Pampering) are organising another All About Me Expo for the 22nd February and I was wondering if you are able to have some sort of workshop or interaction at a stall and if that would interest you at all?

Please contact me directly:

Thank you!

warmest regards,

I have just been notified by admin that apparently the group invite option is not meant to be available to us hence it has now been removed. However I will endeavour to keep a 'friends' list of Brisbane women who don't mind a catch up every now & then. I know it's hard scheduling timetables but if your like me & other business minded woman who enjoy such company then we will eventually catch up on 1 or more occasions.

Speak to you soon
