Hi! My name is Paula and I am 36 years young. I am British and live in Malaysia with my two boys Ryan (7yrs) and Lucas (3yrs)

I became involved in this business initally for personal reasons and once I saw and felt the benefits I knew I wanted others to have the same opportunity to live a healthy and happy life.

Hi Paula,


I'm sorry you had trouble signing up for my newsletter I'll have to take a look at that although it could be because I am making some changes at this end at present.


I would be honoured to assist you in whatever way I can and your location is no problem at all.  I work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 - 5:00 (EST-Australian Eastern Standad Time).  I would recommend a one hour introductory session (which is free) to start with to see if you enjoy working with me and to allow us to see how I can assist you and what program would suit your needs etc.  This is a no obligation session.


The only cost involved with this session would be the cost of the phone call as you would be phoning me.   If you send me the email address you would like me to be in contact with I will add you to my newsletter subscription list.


To get started simply e-mail me three times that you would be available (my time to prevent confusion , and I will confirm one of them.  You will then call me at that time and we'll get chatting and working on providing you some clarrity and coaching in your areas of need.
