Hi There Word of Mouth for Letters From Santa is working at the moment- I also have a few advertisements out there and an article in the Newspaper. The target audience is parents, and there are so many out there so it’s a great area of business to work in.

For Dawson Documents it is a little harder. I find again Word of mouth is so powerful and my website with Google as well. I have done less advertising for Dawson Documents but am still getting the work.

I guess it is all a hit and miss game really.

How about you?

There's nothing like word of mouth, we twitter daily, facebook daily and use these social networks constantly too. We also write press releases and ask others to promtoe us when we have helped them. People are really very helpful when you ask and we have a nice group of followers on our blog who help us a lot.

The majority of our traffic comes from SEO, word of mouth and social networking sites. Aside from these three things, we don't really do much marketing!

Marnie is right for service business, as you need capacity for any increased traffic. Erin and Cheryl are right for product business.
